When a few got comfortable transfer and posting as principals , who cares to look into the grievances of some poor H.S.S.Ts who have got transfer to some schools [after working for 3 to 4 years outside home district ]only recently in their districts or to some nearby districts and are now thrown out again like me , only to get posting to far away places or districts................Where are the norms ?
